Finance - Accounting System
  • Client requested financial management support for nonprofit organization. 

  • This role included full management of the finances and direct collaboration with the Board of Directors. 

  • This extensive project required a complete revamp of QuickBooks, reconstructing accounting records for several years. 

Grant Report 
  • Client received a foundation grant that required a mid-year grant report.

  • Prepare and submit mid-year grant report outlining the grant progress.

  • Moved forward with new grant applications, awards and mid-year reports for two additional years thereafter.  

Homeowners' Association Group 
  • Provide financial management support for a homeowners' association (HOA) finances and operations. 

  • This role included full management of the finances, the members, and direct collaboration with the Board of Directors. 

  • Management included complete coordination of finances, QuickBooks, members & affiliations, vendors and billings. 

Accounting - Analysis Report
  • Analysis report in relation to large amount of accounting (raw) data received.

  • Develop analysis of raw data to answer target questions relating to project.

  • Extensive financial analysis developed in excel.
